Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your rugs arrive safely and timely:

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to most locations across India. International shipping is available to select countries:
Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver to all major cities and most rural areas within India. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
International Shipping
We ship to the following regions:
- North America (US, Canada)
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and more)
- Asia Pacific (Australia, Japan, Singapore, etc.)
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.)
For international orders, please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Timeframes
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the time your order is processed and shipped, not from the time of purchase. Factors that may affect delivery times include:

- Shipping destination
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Local delivery conditions
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account
- Navigating to "My Orders"
- Selecting the order you wish to track
- Clicking on the "Track Order" button

Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging
- Custom-made or personalized rugs cannot be returned unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Find the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click on "Return Item" and follow the prompts
- Print the return shipping label (if provided)
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the package using the return label or your preferred carrier
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
